Hey, good to have you here. This is Whago-wan in Jersey, coming to you on Jersey Rootz Radio. I'm Rico Rootz, and this is your weekly guide to what's good on the island. We're looking at the week of Monday the twenty-seventh of July, and honestly, what a week it is shaping up to be. Jersey is absolutely alive right now. Summer is doing what summer does best, and there is no shortage of reasons to get outside and get
Right, let's talk culture, because Jersey Heritage has been absolutely busy this summer and there is a lot to explore if you want to dig into the island's story.
If you've got kids in tow this week, or you're just young at heart, there is genuinely loads going on.
Alright, let's step outside. Because if you're in Jersey in July and you're spending all your time indoors, that is a situation that needs correcting.
Right, as the week builds toward Friday, I want to come back to the one event that defines this particular weekend on the island. Because the Jersey Battle of the Flowers deserves more than a mention — it deserves a moment.
